Please Note: Please complete one form only, if changes are needed you must talk directly to Mrs. Witwer.

Discuss these options carefully with your parent(s) before indicating your preferred choices. Choose something that interests you rather than picking your courses with a friend.

Students in Grade 7 take up to three complementary courses per term. Most courses are divided into 25-hour modules that take 3 months or one reporting period to complete.

If you do not have the eligible prerequisites for Band, please do NOT choose these options in your selections. Band and French must be taken for all three terms as they are year-long courses

Note: It may be necessary to alter some option choices in September due to budget or staff changes. Please contact the school if you have concerns about your child’s options.

Request forms must be completed by Wednesday June 8th, 2011.
