Anu Phone Training Survey

Hello Anu Staff:

You all should be aware that Anu has a new phone system in place which allows for other Anu staff, clients, families, to have easier contact with you. This new phone system has hundreds of features to that you currently can use. It is not possible to go over every feature in a reasonable time period but understanding the highlights can assist you in being more productive.

My goal is to set up multiple one-hour training session for people who primarily use their cell/home phones and multiple 75-minute sessions for people who primarily use a regional office (Cisco) phone. You will have the option of choosing which session you want to attend. You only need to attend 1 session, but the cell/home phone session and regional office session will cover different information.

The training will be done by webinar. You need to have access to Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox browser(not in thin client) on your computer and a phone to make this work best.
