Dear Members,

You are invited to participate in our survey to understand member's response to Hospira's wage offer and the EBA negotiations generally. It should only take approximately 5 minutes minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
We may share certain final results with the company, but only to indicate if our members are interested or not interested in certain proposals or ideas and at no stage will you be personally identified. Please be as honest as possible. We really want to find out if anyone is interested in the different shift proposals and which existing conditions could be negotiated around to reach a deal with the company.

If you have any questions about this survey please contact your union delegate or your union organiser.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
