Hello:

Emory University School of Medicine relies on community physicians to precept our students during their Ambulatory Care Block rotation. These physicians host, instruct, and mentor without the benefit of compensation. It is our goal to offer the best pairing of student and physician.

You are invited to participate in our survey. Students will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions to help us to match you with the community physician who will best meet your learning need. It will take approximately five minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no risks associated with this project.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data will be used expressly for the purpose of rotation pairings. Your information will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Janis Palmore at (404) 727-5010 or by email at [email protected].

Please understand that completing this questionnaire in no way guarantees you a particular placement. It is simply a guide to assist us in making the best matches.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
