You are invited to participate in our Teacher Demographics & Needs survey. In this survey, you will be asked questions about your needs as a teacher of students with severe disabilities. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. It is very important for us to learn your opinions as it will direct future offerings on our website for educators of students with severe disabilities.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project, and your survey responses will be anonymous. if, however, you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
