All-Staff Location Feedback (January 09)

Hi!

You are invited to participate in our All-Staff Location Feedback survey. In this survey, you will be asked to answer questions and give your feedback on the last location of the All-Staff meeting. This survey should only take a few minutes to complete.

Your feedback is very important to us! It will help us determine the locations of future All-Staff meetings and what we can do to improve the success of the meetings going forward. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can simply withdraw from the survey at any time.
