Dear Fellow Parishioners,

Last September 2013, as an offshoot of the "Good Leaders, Good Shepherds" program that all the Pastors in the Archdiocese attended, Fr. Tran convened a Pastoral Planning Team tasked with drawing up a vision for All Saints for the next 10 years. The team is now deep into looking at every aspect of our parish life.

Being a registered member of the parish, we invite you to participate in our Elements of Parish Life Survey intended to give everyone a voice in this important undertaking. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this initiative is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering questions online, feel free to contact us. We want you to know that it is very important for us to hear your views.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and outcomes will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the work of the team, you may contact Greg Barcelon at 604-771-2975 or Denis Boyd at 604-936-6260 or by email at the email address specified below.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
