This online survey represents the first step in the Data Collection efforts in the proposed Internap Sales Process Optimization Project announced earlier this week with emphasis being placed on the Quote to Cash functions.

One of the first objectives is to better understand how to improve global service levels for our customers and employees. I know many of you have ideas on how we can optimize these processes and improve the quality of the work environment for those performing these vital roles at Internap.

This survey is intended to give each of you an opportunity to provide candid insight to better assist the management team in making the appropriate operating, performance management, and change management recommendations.

This survey, along with 50+ individual interviews, will allow this organization to see for the first time how the entire process is being carried out in Asia Pac, EMEA, and the Americas. Please give us as much information as you can on how you would improve and/or redefine these critical processes for your particular region. For those of you who are dependent on these processes to service your customers, give us your ideas on what we can do as an organization to better support and augment this function in our delivery processes.

I have asked The Intersect Group and The Alchemy Solutions Group, partners in Revenue Enhancement, Process Optimization and Systems Deployment, to lead this project. These organizations will provide the objectivity and insight as to how we can benefit the most from this strategic initiative.

This online survey will be available to you from Tuesday, February 3rd thru Friday, February 13th. It will take between 15-25 minutes. As a reminder, there are no right or wrong answers. These surveys are intentionally designed to be informal and narrative in nature in an effort to gather as much information as time will allow.

It is important to note that the information shared by the participants in both the online survey and the phone interviews will be confidential.
