All Battersea AIM Users,
Over the past few weeks I have had the chance to meet and talk to allot of you with regard to AIM (Apologies for those I haven't made it to yet). As allot of you will know I have been asked to review the AIM system and where it is doing well and were it may be having problems.We are sending out this survey in order to collect clear and accurate data on the system across all sites. PLEASE answer the questions honestly and with as much detail as you can. (THERE IS NO CORRECT ANSWER!!) The information you give will help us to see where things could be improved with AIM and as a result make improvements to benefit both the staff and the animals. This is the chance to give your feedback and help highlight things that work well and those that don't so please take the time to complete it fully, honestly and in as much detail as possible.
