This survey aims to provide us with comprehensive feedback about what we do well and should continue doing, and what we need to improve. It is aimed at Governance Group members and third parties that use Lot 2 Agilisys services. The data will be used as part of monthly reporting as well as feeding into our internal improvement initiatives.

This survey relates to the ICT Service Desk and Service Management services provided by Agilisys for Westminster City Council as part of Lot 2 ICT Services Framework Agreement. We really do value your feedback and are very much focused on continually improving the way we deliver our services.
