Religion, Belief and the Afterlife

You are invited to participate in my survey 'Afterlife and Belief'. I have designed this survey as part of a mini research project, and one that will contribute to a larger piece of research I will be undertaking next year.

The aim of the research is to establish if there is a connection between belief in the Abrahamic God (the God of the Bible, Torah and Koran) and that of an afterlife. I then intend to establish if people of faith have a preference between belief in God, or in an afterlife.

In this survey, you will be asked to complete questions about your belief or lack thereof, in a God or Gods, your religious affiliation and whether or not you believe in an afterlife. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It would be very valuable for me to learn your thoughts and feelings on this subject.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
