NTIA 2010 Voting Form - Best Agency /Consultant Categories - For Use by Suppliers

          Thank you for participating in the voting process for the 2010 AFTA NTIA Awards.

          You are in the right place if you are a supplier and wish to vote for candidates in the "Best Agency / Consultant" categories. Please finish reading this page and then click "Continue" at the bottom of this page.

          The closing date for voting is Friday 30 April 2010 at 5pm.

          Please read the following instructions prior to completing and submitting this online voting form.

          Voting will be accepted only from online submissions.

          A limit of one voting submission per company per category will be accepted.
          An audit system is in place to ensure that only one voting submission is submitted per company.

          Please indicate your vote in each category by numbering from 1 up to maximum 5 in order of preference for those Persons/Companies for which you wish to cast a vote (with 1 being first choice and 5 being last choice).

          All information supplied will be treated as strictly confidential and privileged and is protected by privacy laws.

          Finalists in each category will be notified by Friday 14 May 2010.

          Finalists in Categories 2-9 and 27 will be required to make a presentation to the Judging Panel in Sydney between 1st - 10th June 2010 (inclusive).

          The Judges' decision is final and no communication will be entered into, prior to, during or after the presentation of the Awards.

          Winners will be announced at the NTIA Awards Gala Dinner to be held at The Westin, Sydney on Saturday 10 July 2010.
