AFTA NTIA 2008 Voting Form - Best Supplier Categories - For Use by Travel Agents

           Thank you for participating in the voting process for the 2008 AFTA NTIA Awards.

           You are in the right place if you are a travel agent and wish to vote for candidates in the "Best Supplier"
           categories. Please finish reading this page and then click "Continue" at the bottom of this page.

           categories.)

           The closing date for voting is Friday 09 May 2008.

           Please read the following instructions prior to completing and submitting this online voting form>.

           Voting will be accepted only from online submissions.

           A limit of one voting submission per agency will be accepted.
           An audit process is in place to ensure only one voting form is submitted per agency.

           Please indicate your vote in each category by numbering from 1 up to maximum 5 in order of preference for those
           Persons/Companies for which you wish to cast a vote (with 1 being first choice and 5 being last choice).

           All information supplied will be treated as strictly confidential and privileged and is protected by privacy law.

           Finalists in each category will be notified by Friday 23 May 2008.

           Finalists in Categories 23 and 26 will be required to make a presentation to the Judging Panel in the week
           commencing 09 June 2008.

           The Judges' decision is final and no communication will be entered into, prior to, during or after the presentation of the
           Awards.

           Winners will be announced at the NTIA Awards Gala Dinner to be held at The Westin, Sydney on Saturday 05 July 2008.
