African Community Services of Peel (ACS) is engaged in developing a new strategic plan to define its direction, goals and activities for the next five years. As part of this effort ACS recognizes that stakeholders such as you are key to identifying needs of the community that ACS serves and to identify current strengths and areas for improvement at ACS.

This survey has been designed to gather your ideas and recommendations through 8 (eight) focused questions. (Please scroll down to view all the questions)
