The National Training Center for Management and Systems Improvement is assessing the Title X network to understand changes in health care service delivery and financing related to the Affordable Care Act. The purpose of the assessment is to provide information to the Office of Population Affairs on the national picture of Title X services and to identify technical assistance needs of grantees. Please be aware that the assessment is not intended to inform Title X funding decisions; it is to enable the national training centers and OPA to enhance the assistance it provides to the Title X community.
