Research Title: How much of a priority should employee welfare be for a big multi-national organisation in the UK?

Information and Consent Form:
This survey is part of my 3rd year project in my degree for BSc Business and Management (General Pathway) in the Brunel Business School Department at Brunel University. This study will be researching about Employee Welfare for current and future employees (students) and what these participants expect from companies in how they treat their Welfare. This study was supervised by Selcuk Uygur and had gained approval of Brunel University.

The participation in this study is completely voluntary, you may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate, you can withdraw at any time by contacting myself ([email protected]) or my supervisor ([email protected]).

This online questionnaire will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. All your responses will be kept confidential and no information such as your name, email address, mobile number will be collected. The demographic questions that will be asked are about participants' Gender, Age Range and Occupation only. The questions asked will based on how you as an future/present/past employee would agree to certain scenarios and statements about working for a company. There are no correct answers in this survey, as this survey is looking for honest answers from participants.

All information given by participants will be confidential and stored in a password protected electronic format. To protect participants, no information that will personally identify you will be collected. The results of this research may be published and reported.
