Hello:

Thanks for being willing to help the Cost subcommittee of the 2012 AAPOR Cell Phone Task Force. We're asking researchers who have been conducting cell phone studies to share with us some information on their cost experience. We do not ask here for actual dollar figures on your project cost or pricing, but ask instead about cost-related factors and ask you to estimate the ratio of costs for cell pphone versus landline data collection.

Since this is not a survey of individuals, we have not sought IRGB review for this data collection. We will acknowledge in our report each organization that contributes its cost experience. Although we will not include results in our written report that allow any one organization's results to be identified, we ask that you not communicate any information that you wish us to treat as confidential. Your responses will be shared and discussed among members of the cost subcommittee, which includes Tom Guterbock, Trevor Tompson, Randal ZuWallack, and Paul Lavrakas (Task Force chair), and will also be available to other members of the Cell Phone Task Force. Having access to the information you provide will greatly aid us in our task of estimating the cost of cell phone data collection across different survey designs and survey houses. If there is any information asked for that is not available to you, please just provide what information you can.

If you have questions at anytime about this reporting form or the work of the Cost Subcommittee, please contact Tom Guterbock at 434-243-5223 or by email at [email protected]. Thank you very much for your time and support. Please open the cost report from now by clicking on the Continue button below.

You are invited to fill out more than one response if you wish to report on more than one such survey. If you have available results from several surveys that you wish to report in aggregate form, that is OK. Are you reporting ...
