A Survey on Customers' Telco Service Experience

You are invited to participate in our survey on "Customers' Experience with Telecommunications Services". In this survey, respondents will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the experience with telecommunications services in Malaysia. The responses from this survey will facilitate the data collection and analysis for a thesis done in fulfillment of Masters of Business Administration, Warwick Business School. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
